BankNordik byggir nýtt høvuðssæti á Húsagarði í Tórshavn. Nýggi bygningurin er uml. 3.200 fermetrar og kemur at hýsa øllum virkseminum hjá bankanum, sum hevur verið í bygningunum í Niels Finsensgøtu og í Húsagøtu.
Spakin bleiv settur í tann 11.12.13 kl. 14.15 av Janus Petersen.
